We post items either Tuesday or Wednesday for rentals booked for the following weekend (Friday- Sunday bookings). All of our orders are sent with overnight shipping to ensure they arrive to you in time.

We offer a pickup option from Swannanoa you will need to ensure you select the correct pickup option at checkout! 

Unfortunately we do not offer a drop off option, all of our pickup orders come with a pre paid return postbag so all you need to do is pop your order in the bag and return to the post office desk the first business day following your selected rental date.

We are also happy to offer long term rental option if you're wanting an outfit while you're away on holiday so please contact us if you would like to discuss this option. 

We do our best to ensure all items are still presented in beautiful and wearable condition. All garments delivered have been professionally cleaned and are provided to the customer in a ready to wear state. We inspect each item before delivery with the utmost care, and should you receive goods that are in a damaged state, please contact Wear My Wardrobe within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

We strive to try and do our bit to help make our planet more sustainable, all of our postal bags are recyclable along with our tissue paper that your order comes wrapped in. 

By offering our wardrobe for rent we also aim to reduce the amount of clothing that ends up in landfill every year.

Delivery Policy

Rental Agreement  

Whilst we hope this doesn't happen we do understand you can't always prevent accidents.

When you place an order you agree to our rental agreement which means you agree to treat each rental piece/item with care and respect. You will be held responsible for any loss, destruction or irreparable damage to the product beyond any regular wear and tear (small stains, rips, missing beads or buttons, broken zippers or any other minor damages covered by our insurance). Wear My Wardrobe reserves the right to determine whether damages exceed the regular wear and tear allowance.

We understand things are sometimes out of your control so if you find out an event is cancelled please let us know asap so we can organise a credit or move your rental to a future date.

If your event is cancelled due to Covid 19, we will offer a full store credit to the value of your rental that does not expire. Please note this only applies if we are notified via email (info@wearmywardrobenz.com) of the cancellation at least 3 days prior to your booking start date.

Our booking system relies on items being returned on time to ensure it can be clean and ready for the next person ordering. By placing an order you agree to the terms in our rental agreement including returning your item the next business day following your selected rental date. 

Please let us know ASAP if for any reason you haven't returned your item on time so we can organise any future rentals it could affect. You will be liable for late fees as outlined in our delivery policy and rental agreement.

  • Pickup Swannanoa 

This options both come with a pre paid return postbag so you can send your order back to us.

You will receive an email if you select this option of delivery giving you the address and information on how to collect your item. 

If you change your mind on which item you would like to rent after placing your order please get in touch with us asap so we can alter the booking, if your order has already shipped we cannot make any changes. You will be charged the difference if the new item is more expensive, if the new item is less expensive you will not be refunded the difference.

Any items hired without a prior try on are at your own risk should they not fit or you change your mind no refunds will be given. We try our best to supply accurate descriptions of the items and measurements however these are intended as a guide only.
